Pinellas Computers (“PC,” “we” or “us”) recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information collected about visitors to our site and takes all reasonable steps to protect all data and information supplied to pinellascomputers.com. Payment Processing
When you provide bank checking account details (e-check) as a stored payment, you authorize us either to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account, or to process the payment as an ACH transaction on a recurring basis. When we use this information to make an electronic transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day.
By submitting ACH information with our E-check authorization form, you grant permission to Pinellas Computers LLC, or its designated assignee, to initiate ACH transfer entries and to credit and/or debit the account identified herein for fees relating invoices. This authorization shall remain in effect until written notification from Customer that this authorization has been terminated, in such time and manner to allow Pinellas Computers LLC to act.
